It is good to serve and helped back to your alma mater.The good thingsI enjoy my workmates because they were so overwhelming. You will grow each through every challenge given by the situation on how you solved them. And every day meeting new people and helping them is fulfilling for me.
The challengesIt is difficult, but you will learn and find things easy when time goes by. And some people are credit grabber but still it is part of life. There’s no sense of team in our department specifically because of busyness.
