Very good experience for fresh graduates with passion in education and marketing.The good thingsI enjoyed the ownership of work in the marketing department (and our standardized marketing approach/materials) and also the annual training which they provide the staff and professors of the STI that help us grow and contribute more to the company and to the department we are in.
Our school administrator then, Mr. Rusty O. Lagatic, was very supportive, very smart and very resourceful that even if we were not getting enough benefits, aside from our minimum wage, we still enjoyed working and growing with STI College Naga.
The challengesThe salary was honestly very low- that I have to admit.
