Teaching is always a happy vocation for me and here i found it.
The good thingswhen you do your job well, of course, most probably you'll retain such.
The challengesPeople work also for a living, for their family and support of their kids or loved ones. i think, it is here where this company could improve. and if it happened, it will always be a wonderful place to stay being inspired and satisfied.

The good thingscompany outing for employees rest and recreation is on yearly basis.student extra curricular activities are given priority and support to high schools are given priority as a marketing tool. there is balance between academic and outside classroom activities.
The challengesthey should hire more qualified instructors and do not hire newly graduates of their own school. the management should use other management style other than maternal or paternal way of management. The heads should be more human and should not act as robots just following orders from HQ .

    Fine workplace. Just fine.
The good thingsJust the average company. Good facilities and workplace.
The challengesSalary should be higher. The job is pretty much tiring so an appropriate compensation would be ok.
