Just experience

The good thingsWork here at STI Davao for 1 semester, it was great got a wonder people working with and the place is quite average. Just that the salary is quite low and the workload is high. I noticed that they had always fresh batch of teachers that are organic but still never last too long. Just had my great experience with great people their. Awesome work ethic and professional people. If I were given a good starting package,I might have stayed longer.

The challengesFor a starter they gave me full load but I was working as part time.
