If your up for growth
The good thingsIf your up for growth there is no denying that you will learn new skill from this company. Something that we don’t see everyday it’s like your working internationally. Compensates well if your up for the task and deliver.
The challengesDemands are high, your expected to be diligent and to function proficiently.

CANNOT BE CALLED A COMPANY AT ALL
The good thingsSalary is high because rendering of ot is a must which is not really a good thing at all because you don't have time to spend with your family. Worst company ever.
The challengesTerrible management. No one cares if you are tired from working because work is from monday til sunday. The health of the employees are compromised. Everyday is considered as overtime. Regularization is not given priority. Don't work here ever. It will be your biggest mistake.

Memorable Learning Experience
The good thingsOur director and CEO is an inspiring leader. Hand-on on me and my colleagues and he makes sure that we get all the support needed in completing our tasks successfully. Other department heads are also helpful, albeit one may be too kind while the other one too strict. Nevertheless, both are intelligent and helpful at work.
Most colleagues too are mature and fun to work with. They are also very cordial.
The challengesSome discussions turn to become personal on some of my colleagues. :(

I wish I never worked under this Company
The good thingsSalary, Benefits, Quick appraisal
The challengesIf you are going to work here, say goodbye to your life and personal space. I had the worst experience of my life while I was in this company. Terrible working hours. Management has no regards with the well being of employees. They will feed and give you charming benefits, but at the cost of your personal privacy and mental health.

Step Asia
The good thingsIn terms of salary and benefits, you definitely would prefer their company. But if you’re looking for a company that you want to stay your whole life with, better not. Most of the people are isolated. The management never listens and cares about what the people around them has to say.
The challengesThe management is not quite organized and they are rude. They don’t commend you for what you do.
