Workload for three people, low pay, and little support made the job hard to enjoy.The good thingsHonestly, there wasn’t much that I enjoyed during my time here. However, it helped me understand what kind of work environment and challenges I’d like to pursue in the future.
The challengesThe main challenge I faced was that the workload was equivalent to what three people should be handling, yet the salary did not reflect that level of responsibility. In addition, my co-ITs were not much of a help, which often made me feel unsupported and like I was on my own most of the time.
