    best place to work! ideal for newcomers looking to kickstart their career in IT Support role!
    The good thingsI learned a lot during my time at Stefanini. TLs were supportive and approachable. Work-from-home setup was convenient. Fun and friendly team environment!
    The challengeslow salary for newbies. Sometimes OT felt expected, and declining it was met with subtle pressure, affecting work-life balance. Not all of the KB articles are well documented so DIY troubleshooting at your own discretion. schedule is not fixed.

    Work load can be pretty demanding as company is not really adding much employees post covid era. Not much raise in yearly appraisal. For helpdesk/service desk role, not all of the processes/kb articles are documented so DIY troubleshooting at your own discretion. Still the company is good stepping stone for IT starters as it still relies much heavily on customer-centric settings.

    The best company I've ever worked for even after working for 16 years on a Cruise Ship.
    The good thingsIf you're looking for work-life balance then Stefanini Phils is the ideal company for you. Even though it leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to their HMO program, management and HR is topnotch. Salary is never delayed and is always on time (bi-weekly). There is a yearly Sportsfest (Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Billiards, Bowling). Up until now (since the pandemic) we (at least our account) has been on Work From Home setup. It's almost been five years!!! I believe WFH is best as tardiness became a thing of the past, especially now when traffic is at it's worst. After 5 years of working with Stefanini Phils as a Helpdesk Tech-MultiLang I (Bilingual Helpdesk I) I can proudly say that this is the best company I've ever worked with (even after working for 16 years onboard an International Cruise Ship. Bottomline, if work-life balance is important to you then I highly recommend Stefanini Phils. You can thank me later.

    The work-like balance is excellent since we are working at home. There’s only minimal work stress but manageable. The company have so many activities and they offers clear pathways for advancement.

    The good thingsAwesome work culture, with an environment that promotes both professional and personal growth. They encourage creativity a lot. The leadership has been consistently amazing and you will really feel that they care about you. The prompt response to the pandemic, for example, with ensuring that employees could work from home almost immediately is something I will never forget.
    The challengesThe usual challenges that one may face when first employed at a new account (i.e foundation training, learning new knowledge, etc) but aside from that, there really aren't any challenges that I can think of that may be negative in any way.

    Work- life balance at its best with Stefanini!
    The good thingsStefanini has always been great in understanding the work-life balance of their employees. I never had a hard time filing for leaves when needed: be it for leisure, pregnancy or bereavement. They have an excellent understanding of the people's lives outside work. And of course, our WFH setup is the best thing :)
    The challengesThe only challenge I know is that I am not able to see or meet our teammates that often. However, this is easily resolved by our management by engaging us in team buildings, weekly meetings, company activities and so on.
