    The good thingsThe company is really great in terms of valuing the people, provide the best solution of client problems and creates best team with best people.
    The challengesOne of the challenge I encounter was during my first week which I thought the people is not that good but in turns out to be the best and very nice to communicate.

    Amazing Software Development Company
    The good thingsEmployer always talks with the team, listening to the employees' grievances and difficulties in the assigned tasks. Indeed, communication is really smooth between the management and staff. Snacks and lunch are free. Flexible time. Comfortable working station. Office location is within the city proper so going to and for is easy and not troublesome. Most of the projects are challenging (international clients), making the employees more motivated and excited to work.
    The challengesI am being overfed. I gained a few pounds already. lol On a serious note, I think it will be best if the company would increase the number of team building per year so the team will have more fun while at work.
