    GREATLY REMARKABLE APPLICANT ASSISTANCE.
    The good thingsFrom day 1 all throughout my application journey, until now... Ma'am has always been there for me. She's incredibly supportive and kind. She gave me great big tips, without her, I doubt if I'll get hired. She has been patient and understanding with all my concerns. I am deeply grateful for such a great service and assistance, I will never forget this. Salute to Ma'am Mika. Great job, keep it up!

    Good start but low compensation
    The good thingsEquipments are provided (laptop and phone) For newbies, this is a good company to start with your career in recruitment since they have various accounts and clients. You will be exposed to volume hiring from agent roles to technical and medical roles.
    The challengesThere will be a lot of pressure since you need to reach a target per month. Workload is a bit heavy and stressful especially when there are few candidates on the market. Given the workload, it is not equal to what you are receiving in terms of compensation. No WORK-LIFE Balance because you will have to render overtime when supporting urgent roles and it is mandatory for those who are still low on the target.

    Good start but poor benefits
    The good things-Work from Home set-up -Work in a team -Internet and mobile plan
    The challenges-Management pressure -Salary not that competitive -Tasks are a lot. There’s a chance for you to have an indefinite leave and no chance to redeem yourself. They have set a metric for you. -There’s always been a target. If you did not make it, then there’s a cut. -No HMO’s. Perks will come in effect just after months of waiting. -Dayshift but expect to work ot ; shifting sched. -For Newbies this is a good try. But expect to learn in one day already. Onboarding is a bit a mess.
