Working at StarHub as a chat representative has honed my communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while teaching me to work well with other people and have fun while working.

    Overall: Great
The good thingsWork life balance is very often practiced in this company and often superiors are understanding in making allowances for families with children to manage both work and home front. People within the organization do not practice and judge others by their designation level and makes communication easier across divisions.
The challengesRed tapes are the main restrictions to a higher efficient workflow. Often projects require multiple level of clearances before it can be implemented. In terms of manpower, the teams are usually kept very lean and it may amount to large portfolios handled by a single individual.
