Good opportunities but the environment can be challenging
The good thingsYou get to wear many hats and will learn all around agency work. There are plenty of opportunities here to grow in media with the diversity of local and global clients. The people have a positive spirit and it helps a lot because advertising can be very demanding. It's very easy to reach out to others if you need help. Plus, the location is fantastic being situated in Enterprise Center, Ayala.
The challengesThe hats you wear may become too many. There is a lack of process and team structures that is challenging for a high turn over industry like advertising. Some employees are still not regularized and have no visibility for future increases. Time in and time outs are strictly monitored which no longer fit the ways of working of a highly digital age and the burden of Metro Manila traffic.

Endless Spiral of Requests for Good Benefits
The good thingsThere are lots of really great people here that are very fun to work with. Benefits are good as well, and even if you're not a part of the media team, sometimes you also get the same perks (free magazines, lots of merch, celebrity office visits, raffles, events, etc.). Lots of room for improvement and career advancement.
The challengesThe company is currently very rocky with lots of major organizational changes, so your role today may not be your role tomorrow. Also, when working as back office, prepare to service several general managers who have different ways of doing things, so one solution may not work for another manager. The work of the media team is also pretty demanding, so they share this same demanding nature towards support staff.

    Largely Unpleasant Workplace
The good thingsThey give free breakfast if you're early
The challengesNo streamlined process/ways of working, no teamwork and the work gets thrown to one person (like groupworks in college where the free-riders take the same credit), no salary increase for the last 3 years, rare performance incentives, disagreeable people, they have a fixed amount on how much they're going to reimburse on your transportation expenses for client meetings
