    The good thingsI enjoy working here even thought work load are beyond my task, simply because I love what I'm doing and the people surrounds me can really relay on. .
    The challengesI can say this Company is a fast faced Industry, despite of the you have to adjust to the culture. A quite challenging those people with high demand, but still can manage.

    The challengesOffice supplies sometimes care of employees. This is a public service work because almost your money earn will use to spend on daily activity mostly on sales officer position though my salary is fine but at the end realize no savings at all. Hard to request budget in marketing. Acting like you own the branch because I invest alot of money. The management have no proper turnover because of the treatment on employee that not well trained to be a good sales person. They just put you on position and let you do your own way. This CRM based quota, engagement quota, activity performance report, and Closed quota. Inside the school your colleagues in admin and acad is also your competitor though they dont have quota which is unfair. Except on quota have many other Titles which not part of my contract

    Be prepared at all times.
    The good things1. People outside my time were very appreciative and had a deep understanding about respect and professionalism. 2. There were many potential leaders and productive employees. 3. A well-established organization.
    The challenges1. The company did not provide much career opportunities like training. 2. There were many BOSSES than LEADERS. Poor leadership style. 3. The real purpose of conducting performance appraisal was not clearly understood by many employees and scoring matrix for job evaluation was not provided. You will get a high score "kapag close ka or favorite ka" even if you were not performing well. 4. There was not standard management system.

    The good thingsStar Paper Corporation honed me in various aspects of corporate life. From Time management, organizing tasks, to being creative in formulating resolutions and forecasting results of the method formulated. It has helped me a lot in developing my skills in utilizing programs like MS Excel, MS Word and oriented me in using Power point as well.
    The challengesChallenges, I believe exist everywhere, in any establishment. The major challenge for me was the best way to deal with people. That includes my workmates, suppliers and customers. I had no problem communicating with my superiors as I always know what they want from me. As for the rest, lets just say I am not that good in communicating my self outside work.
