    The good thingsIts how they allow you to express your ideas and thoughts about something. And how they listened to your suggestions. It always amaze me how they coordinate with each department to be able to reach sales quota.
    The challengesIt is always the streng and the weakness of this company, flexibility of an employee. You have to be flexible regardless of your workload and position. You need to know what others do in order to continue working without a stop whenever someone is on leave.
