    The challengesThere is no perfect company, but it's how you see things. if you see obstacles as a heathy problem you have a higher chance to be do great things in life as a general.

    Fun people and environment.
    The good thingsThe people are great. Working in the back office has never been wonderful. The work load is a lot but when colleagues help you to become not just a better employee, but also a better individual, I guess you have found your home away from home.
    The challengesAs an offshore back-end support for our campuses, the work load is a lot. The company is also new so processes have to be made or reorganized to make it more efficient. As the company is growing, your chances for growth is also evident.
