    The challengesThe management needs a revamps. The way they handle their subordinates especially in our department is so poor. Though the company promotes work/life balance, it is not translated well in the atmosphere of my previous department.

    The good thingsThe branch manager is a nice person, she can really motivate people to work even if the workload is stressful, that is why it is hard for me to resign because of her motivating skills.
    The challengesi just hope that the other employees working here would know how to really do their job because they tend to pass their jobs to new employees (I experienced this).

    No Protection for the employee
    The good thingsI work almost 10 years in the company i enjoy working in this company but since the change of management. If you get a mistake you will be unfairly judge even you work hard and long for this company. No. Consideration has taken. Also, they remove some of the benefit given by the previous management.
    The challengesThis company should have a employee union to protect its people from the unfairly act of the upper management.
