    One and Done. Avoid
    The good thingsFamiliar location because the building was where one of my former jobs was in.
    The challengesI didn't like being processed for one role but suddenly pivot you to another account with the nudge to accept. Onboarding was a drag because the ops manager/IT staff is not around to prepare your station ahead of your first day. The HR staff has to wait days for more new staff to come in before running an orientation. For a fresh client, they were hard to work with - no wonder they only lasted barely a year with SV. And what kind of a BPO is this that you have to change your PH names to more Western-sounding names? Is the company so ashamed to highlight the proud local workforce?

    I love the overall perks but if the client decided to let you go, you have to wait to be reprofiled.
    The good thingsWFH, Work equipment (laptop, monitor and noise cancelling headset) are provided, Attendance Bonus, Internet Allowance, HMO with Free Dependent, High Salary
