Great first job. No opportunity to grow.
The good thingsThey will hire you even with little to no experience.
The challengesThe salary is very low. The leadership is lacking in guidance. Staffright is very heavy in perception yet lack experience actually providing results and output. Your career path in Staffright is not clearly defined and the leadership will not provide guidance.

    Manpower Agency
The good thingsIt's a start for fresh graduates looking for any work experience. They have some Multinational corporate clients that if you are deployed there, you will gain relative work experience which is a huge advantage. If they are offering you a job at a notable client, I say take that risk. Working in an MNC is a great start for your first job experience.
The challengesThe work is normally contract based (6 months renewable). They have a non-compete clause meaning if you happen to be deployed in a good company, either they (the client) absorb you and pay the transfer fees or you will have to resign and wait for 6 months before you can apply directly to any of their clients.

    For Freshgrads only
The good thingsIf you're desperate for your first working experience, they can help you look for that first job. You'll be lucky enough to be assigned in prestigious companies as they are partnering with a few notable ones.
The challengesThey are a manpower agency. Contractual based employment. Little to no leaves. Low basic salary. Non-compete clause meaning if you're deployed in a bank, then you decide to resign and apply for the bank directly, this is not allowed.
