    Professional Development is Lacking
    The good thingsI enjoy the company of my co-workers. They are all very friendly and fun to be with. And also, the other staff were very approachable. I also learn different things that aren't within the scope of my field. And i am thankful for that.
    The challengesSince my job description was to do a survey with regards to the satisfaction of patients in the company's clinics, we were only three surveyors, and that was very challenging and tiring at the same time since they have 14 clinics in different areas of the Philippines. A lot of time was wasted because of trial and errors. And also there is always a miscommunication of our supervisor and her boss.

    The good thingsThey pay well. They give 5 incentive leaves with pay. And the 13th month pay is really good. They even giving us gift certificate every christmas, which is very helpful to all of us. They have a nice staff.
    The challengesThere should be a representative visiting us to check on us. I cannot get my payslip because of my working hours. Someone should send us the slip.
