Twist and turns of my so-called careerThe good thingsI learned a lot of things from my work experience in this company. The Management treat me as a family and acknowledge/complement the good works/things I've done. I'm really thankful given the experience to work with them, I love my job and the people who I got involved during my stay that's why I am always giving my 100% effort, love and commitment to all the things I've done involving my job.
The challengesThe location is too far from my area, I wasn't able to join trainings for career development, newly hired employees' salary almost the same level with mine at the time of their assessment for regularization. Six day work schedule conflicts with my time for my family that time were planning to start with our family.
