Good for experience only, long term, not much
The good thingsPatient counseling. Seminars and dedicated learning grounds. Leaves. Definitely good starting ground.
The challengesMisguided workload. Bad management in load assignment. Time goes by and you don't know which of which is already a priority, customers or work they just add up. Working environment, depending on placement can either be consistently stressful or time daunting. Less concern on employees, nobody wanted to be promoted. Less perks. Small rate salary.

Great to work and most employee are polite
The good thingsGood working environment and the IT Manager has great attitude towards his staff. It look like bias but actually it is not, it just looking at what the staff can do instead of pushing the staff to work that it is not his specialty.
The challengesTo think of what you can contribute to the company instead of waiting for the company to give you something. How to make the company more progressive and innovated. Think of something that will benefit both company and staff with, at least, low cost project.
