    The good thingsMy trainer has honed my skills in departments that I am deficient in like database management and also helped me learn a new coding language which is added as one of my skills.
    The challengesThe company equipment is old and prone to error but it is easily fixed and not that big of a problem.

    The challengesVery challenging because of those employee who are not cooperative and not doing their job. Those employee who are taking advantage to the company, for example using the working hour in doing their personal activities, etc.

    I had my On-The-Job training at St. Francis, and it was really a good experience. The people I worked within the organization are very approachable.

    The challengesEveryday is a challenge. You just need to do your task, finish work as early as you can and everything is and will be good.

    The good thingsAllowing everyone to grow to their maximum potentials. Open to solid ideas that will surely help not only the company but the employees. Appreciating employees who performed well and encouraging everyone to always be on the right track. Company is considerate while maintaining respect with the rules and policies.
    The challengesTo make the process more seamless is to be aim paperless. A system that could help the company reach its goal to be more reliable, competent and to be up to date with the market trend. More training across all field and expertise.

    The challengesRampant politics. Traditional company with no control policies. Little to no benefits and are also conditional. You won't grow here. And it's a Christian company with non-Christian people. Don't be deceived.

    The challengesThey canno’t provide benifits to employee such as HMO. Rice allowance, attendance is a must to attend every Friday to worship and Sunday to sing.

    The challengesdealing with various people or head with have always a contradiction plus Saturday half day is a waste of time, it would be better if work sched is compact to five day working days but above all, as an entry level I've got to utilize and develop my skills confidently with the help of my seniors in the team
