    a bit exciting and a good experience for the first job seeker only
    The good thingsthey have 13th-month pay, but don't expect the Christmas bonus. they gave us a gift certificate worth 750 pesos every Christmas Party. we have 10 to 20% discounts under the Rustan's Group of Companies and also we have employee sales inside of the building. the work is repetitive, so nothing to worry about the unfamiliar tasks, they will learn and understand in the next month or year.
    The challengesNote: This is an honest review. One of the challenges is when the pandemic affected our work. some of the employees are resigning. so it's hard for us to do our tasks since we have low staff, reaching the deadlines, and some of us experience burnout and no work-life balance while working from home.
