My firstThe good thingsI love the people i worked with. This is where i gained my first trainings and seminars. They are not self centered as they were able to provide all the trainings and learnings that the employee needs. They taught us the value of loving work despite all difficulties, despite differences, and despite personal grudges.
The challengesI should have took the initiatives to contribute more not only on paralegal aspects but also in handling administrative skills. I have always been hesitant to discuss things and issues with my superior. Were it not for my hesitations i would be able to create policies and procedures for the smooth flow of every company's transactions.
