    Employee-centric company.
    The good thingsSprout was very welcoming to new hires esp. with the integration of Sprout University. I had so much fun on the onboarding and the company is very transparent on it's current state and goals.

    The challengesIf you will work as HR Technology Consultant, below are some of the challenges I find in the company: 1. A lot of frustrations on the development of system. The company somehow claims that it can support Mid to Enterprise Market which is really not (for now) . It's really frustrating specially when you are assigned to handle accounts on those Market Segment only to find out that you have to let it go in the end despite the efforts of closing it while building good relationships with Client. This is bec. the system is an out of the box solutions. It is not designed to fit with the requirements of client. 2. Management are not open for Customization, which a lot of IT Company does to fit with the requirement of client. All of the IT Industries I've worked with has Custom Development Team. 3. The company despite being 5 years in the industry doesn't have a solid process. It keeps on changing.
