    Culture is Seen in the Little Things
    The good thingsNew to the company but already seeing small things that show how they value good culture. So far, they seem to walk the talk, and I'm excited to be part of it.
    The challengesChallenge to quickly get up to speed in terms of technical know-how and baseline contextual knowledge of systems/products/platforms. Location is a bit of a challenge, but not a deal breaker.

    The best onboarding experience
    The good thingsThe hiring process took about two weeks. I got to know more about the company through the interviews, and the interviewers made me feel really welcome and comfortable. The onboarding experience was awesome, too! The company really wants you to succeed, so they make sure that you're familiar with the processes, departments, and products. Overall, I'd say Sprout is a great place for fresh graduates, especially if you're someone who's anxious about starting your professional career.
    The challengesI haven't encountered any major challenges. The hiring process can be quite challenging, but if you prepare yourself well, you'll be fine!
