    The good thingsI observed that the majority of employees in this company belong to the Gen Z generation, yet they warmly embrace newcomers. Additionally, the executives are exceptional in their approach, ensuring that you feel comfortable and not intimidated.

    Sprout Solutions is a good place to work
    The good things- support hybrid work setup. Wfh most of the time. - Onboarding experience is great - Welcoming and pleasant employees - First name basis when addressing someone to break barrier that would somehow hinder the employee-boss work relationship. - Local company but with global recognition already and now a scale up.
