    The good thingsyour workmates are there to give you a helping hand when needed. The pay is also good, they do give you a raise after a few years.
    The challengesWorking at a shifting schedule is so stressful. You are sometimes required to work additional hours for weeks. Also slow progession.

    The good thingsEverybody is helping each other. Management team is very supportive and patient. You will always find new learnings as you interact with other departments. HR team always has something for employees as far as involvement and development of individuals. Ideas are always welcome and encouraged. Culture is very positive and most of the time employees like each other. The CEO is very visible and very willing to share his learnings to the employees.
    The challengesIT infrastructure should be improved. Enhancing the ERP will also help in work efficiency in order to focus more on analysis and problem solving.

    The good thingsSplash top management has very good relationship with everyone. In this company, communication gap is very minimal. One can immediately consult with the executives if there are initiatives for the company you'd like to discuss. There is a close family-tie culture and there is great diversity in the workforce. The HR Department is very approachable and they will surely help you with your concerns. Bottomline, Splash is a great company to be in! :)
    The challengesThe challenges working for this company are: 1. Schedule of work - because of the compressed work set-up, hours are longer. Instead of the typical 9 hour work day, Splash has 10. 2. Average market percentile rate of salary - Splash is Filipino-owned so you have to understand that the rate is not at par with the rate of the multinationals in its category.

    The good thingsSplash is a very good stepping stone for individuals who are just starting their careers. There is great mentoring and guidance from the managers and the higher management as well. HR programs are also to look forward to. The organization has its own unique and fun way in engaging their employees. The entire HR team is approachable and attends to the concerns of the employees. Kudos to them! Furthermore, employees, in general, are good and amazing people. Splash hires not just the best, educated employees, but the nicest ones. That's something special.
    The challengesWhile the working experience is challenging and fun at the same time, the salaries offered are low. Compensation increase is there but it happens very slowly.
