The pay is meager. I hope they do something about this since most home-based teachers pay for their internet and electricity.
The good thingsThe team leaders were very hardworking and accommodating.
The challengesLots of classes, considering I was only a part-time employee but I used to handle 15 students all the time. The pay is 500 for a four-hour part-time shift.

    Stressful, demanding, and demoralizing
The good thingsIt used to be a wonderful place to work. With good bosses, family like settings, and equal treatment. But not anymore.
The challengesMeeting students from different background and culture, different learning needs and temperament. But above all working with bosses who do not know how to motivate their workers, but always finding faults. Bosses should take time to discuss with the workers, listen, and be fair.

It was indeed one of the great places for every employee could ever have.
The good thingsAs a former employee of this company, I could say that this company will offer you a new home. You'll learn a lot of things not just merely about your work but also you could also learn a lot of life lessons. Everyday, we had a training; for us to learn and become progressive in many aspects. There's no competition in every team. JUST LOVE.
The challengesThe only challenge I encountered was to wake up early since I was in AM shift, yet, that was really a big help too because I learned how valuable the time is.
