Overall it was a good experience because i was able to gain a lot in terms of handling student complaints. And i was able to experience in guiding them to which path should they take in the future.
The good thingsGood thing was the head of our department was very approachable and she taught me well especially in things that i have yet to understand at that time. The environment of the office was also very comfortable and peaceful.
The challengesThe challenge on my part at that time was to make sure that i do jot let my own school down. Because even though i am a product of their hired professors, i still needed to make a good impression and make sure that i will be deserving of whatever reward i will get out from it.

An evaluation from a former faculty
The good thingsI love the bonding we have with my co-employees. Because we treat each other like family. I also love it when I meet my classes because I always feel happy when I meet my students especially when I see the eagerness in them in listening to my discussion and their hunger for learning.
The challengesThe not-so-good thing about my job as a college instructor is that my personal time is actually compromised due to the bunch of other workloads that are assigned to me (not only me, but also to the other faculty members) such as the revisions of syllabus, course outlines, and other stuff that are usually assigned to us in a short period time.

The challengesif the salary is been raise up according to the position and job description rather than the expanding the job scope but stuck on the bar limits of the salary.
