SISC is a good organization to begin with.
The good thingsYou will learn a lot in Southville. You will be trained how to fluid and flexible.
The challengesThe challenges you may encounter in SISC is the paper management and the last minute changes. It is manageable and will enable you to use critical thinking skills.

    A challenge but worth it!
The good thingsThe faculty are wonderful people who are hard-working, friendly, and generally approachable. The SAH's, although busy, still find time to assist their teachers. You will learn many things from the people around you. People are generally helpful.
The challengesWork-life balance is a myth, speaking from the perspective of a teacher of course. Nevertheless, it was a challenging experience that made me realize: if you're passionate about something, you will continue to do your best.

My Experience in Southville International School and Colleges
The good thingsThe place is very nice. The classrooms are equipped with e-learning devices. The School Management is very good to me. They are very gracious regarding compensation. They have an 'open-door' policy which means that I can approach them anytime if I have some concerns. The maintenance people are very nice too. They give opportunities for professional growth.
The challengesMy most challenging experience is how to deal with middle-school students. They have different cultures which are different from Filipino students. I was careful regarding discipline. Another challenge that I faced is how to adjust to the school system. I used to make my own lesson plans but here other teachers do it for me which I find ridiculous. In fact I had experienced some problems with it.

Average pay for above average work load
The good thingsLots of training and seminars. People are caring enough. Management expects very high standards and very high output. Good training ground for new graduates since there are lots of reports and standards to follow. They adhere to their high standards.
The challengesWork load goes above and beyond job description. There are times when you wonder if there is enough time in the day. Multi-tasking is often touted as something one must be able to do even though with the amount of work given multitasking is just not possible. There are no incentives or increase in salary when you do extra work by the way.

The good thingsThey give us training locally and internationally. The atmosphere of the workplace is really very professional. The give in house training and they will help you grow and develop your craft in your potential. I was able to take international assessments too that will help me assess my English proficiency.
The challengesYou will be dealing with international students and multi cultural type of learner. Its hard also at first specially if you are a teacher who is not use to speaking in English and who is not use to dealing with class A students.
