    Less than 1 year in the role, former employee
    I experince as an OJT, I learned how to encode items or files to the system, I know how to amswers call, and also sorting papers or documents by date and by month.
    The good thingsI enjoy it as an OJT because all of the employee has teamwork and helping each other to do thier job clear..
    The challengesTheres no reason for me for not enjoying the work here..

    The good thingsI got to know more companies that have job opportunities as well.
    The challengesI applied as an HR Staff, but then what the company did is to endorse me to other companies with the position far from HR. They should at least disregard the HR Staff in their hiring, for they don't look for the specified position, they look for applicants who are willing to work as a call center agent. Also, the promised salary is not true. They place a high salary just to attract applicants.

    Process
    The good thingsI did not pursue my application to this recruitment company, They told me that the interview will be held in makati but after the 1st interview by the Manager(wearing shorts and runbbershoes) which is not professional, told me that the interview will be in ortigas. I need to leave due to emergency situation but they dont want me to leave,they told me that i need to attend he said interview first
