    The challengesHaving lack of manpower is such a struggle, the company could've hired more staff in order for the workflow to be efficient. Having also workmates who have toxic personality is a struggle. Also, having only one day off and having a shift from opener to closer is very tiresome.

    The good thingsBecause some of the employess are motivating me that i can do it. And i can finish my training. The are friendly with me. Thats why i stay long.
    The challengesChallenges where its my first time to work here because it talks more about medicines but this didnt stop me of working so did my best and learn more about this field and it lasted me for 6 months and i enjoyed it.

    My experience in this company was worthwhile & I am proud to be part of it.
    The good thingsI enjoyed a lot of things, as a healthcare practitioner, it was an honor for me to help those in need in terms of educating my patients/customers on the proper use of their medicine and giving them the essential information about those medicines they take. It was a privilege for me to work with my subordinates especially imparting my knowledge to them, training them to become a better employee.
    The challengesIt was great and a very challenging experience especially working in a retail industry wherein you get to reach your sales quota but it was alright and the experience is worth it. The ultimate challenge for me is to do multiple task especially as a pharmacist and at the same time, managing my personnel and the store itself. Lots of paper works, monthly reports etc. but at the end of the day, it's part of my job and I'm happy for it

    The good thingsYou are hands on in everything. You will learn to cope up with different people and in regulatory requirements. They have free seminars but there’s contract.
    The challengesYou are the only one pharmacist, lack of manpower, instead of Ot they will give you a long break. You will do everything from opening, cleaning the store and cashiering everyday even if you are a pharmacist. More challenging in their management and HR. The HR that is so rude. They will assigned you on a branch that is far on your home.

    It all depends to the employee's perspective.
    The good thingsPerfect for fresh graduates (specifically an undergraduate or 2 to 3 year graduate). This experience will give you an insight of the other jobs you may have interest especially working during graveyard shifts, working during holidays or rest days, handling of the customers especially the irate ones and multitasking.
    The challengesSometimes there will be difficulties like your work schedule may or may not be revise thus you may not have your rest day with of course your consent and decision to agree of sudden change of your schedule.
