A stepping-stone and an eye opener

The good thingsRequires you to be a top-tier people pleaser than average, learn social-cultural etiquette, creative and resourcefulness, and extended-long forbearance.

The challengesLittle to no career advancement, routinary work, more salary drawbacks than chances of getting monetary rewards, basic salary is too low and mainly consists of add-ons which makes it seem a big pay. Finally, benefits are utterly minimal.
