    Overwhelmed
The good thingsI was exposed to field works which utilizes some of my skills. I learned things on my own because there are no mentors but it is a good thing because I discovered my other skills which I thought I never had.
The challengesI signed for the job as Junior Management Trainee (JMT) not knowing that because of my position, they give me any task. Some tasks are not even related to my my profession. I was confused of my role and overwhelmed with multiple tasks that's why I left the company. In other words, there is a mismatch of job. I hope its management will do something about it because some of coworkers before have jobs that are not in line with their profession.
