    The good thingsThe Management team is approachable. I gained a few friends by working with the company.
    The challengesThe salary is not at par with the market, including my position. I felt sad, especially for those with technical skills. Career growth is the least of their priorities, so if you are exploring career/financial growth, this company is not for you.

    The good things- Since the company is new, many experienced employees have the liberty to establish work systems that will make the company better in time. - Company is not so big yet in terms of manpower, members of management are very approachable.
    The challenges- Pay scale grades are not well established yet, there are existing disparities in salaries of older staff compared to those that have just been hired in the past year or two,
