You can gain a lot of experience as you work as a \"one-man band\".The good thingsThey encourage you to pursue further studies and you can easily connect with them since this institution is only few in numbers. You might be stressed with workload, but with the bonding of your colleagues it will pay off. Lastly, work environment is nice.
The challengesThe decision of management especially with regards to \"skeletal force\", reporting to work even if not necessary just for the reason \"because you are paid even on Sundays\" and of course the budget per department that will limit you with your proposed projects. They do not offer \"free\" educational support unlike other companies. The health card is NOT 100% free which is a big factor for salary deduction and it saddens me.Of course, working alone in one department if challenging too.
