    Disaster.
The good thingsNone. Only lasted here for more than a year because of my students. I definitely didn't stay here because of the management and the compensation. Will never come back here.
The challengesEverything. You have to work from 6 AM to 7 PM, sometimes 4 days a week, for the whole year. Management won't do anything good to at least fix it. They'll just tell you that you have to deal with it because you're a teacher.

    Welcoming to their employees.
The good thingsWork environment. Salary. Employees. Work setup. Goal-Oriented
The challengesMixed information is sometimes not being properly addressed or resolved. Between two departments. Internal conflict may arise.

Poor HR. No professionalism. They will proceed you to final demo even they're not hiring.
The good thingsBig salary, good students
The challengesThe admins because of their lack of professionalism

The good thingsSome of my co-teachers are friendly. And there is less paper work.
The challengesThere is lack of facilities, no personal table for the teachers and very small faculty room with a faulty aircon. Very rare training for the teachers so there is no professional growth. The admin keeps on making statements which she cannot fulfill. If she fulfills it, its already delayed. The school focuses on the quantity of the student rather than the quality of teaching.

The good thingsGood things, our admin head is kind, my co workers are good and friendly, except to the admin staff, she is not a good office mate.
The challengeschallenges that i overcome here, is taking overtime with a below minimum wage and working with staff that not good to her co-worker.
