For the newbie, it will be a good trainibg ground but I advise to look for a better oppurtunity on other companh once you gain experience. Staying will not help you to grow anymore.

The challengesLow Salary, Low increase, small work place, no work balance and power tripper owner. Even the one month rule by DOLE for the release of last pay is violated due to poor system.

The good things- Very Helpful colleagues and seniors
- Company Management and Seniors show genuine concern for the company and employees
- Gave support during the pandemic. Prioritized employee safety. Gave everyone vaccinations.
- Competitive compensation
The challenges- Shorthanded during the pandemic because limited people allowed to come in for safety.
- Very stressful when there are downtimes.

The challengesToxic bosses, so many other department heads bossing you around even though they are not in your department, very stressful especially when there is a fiber cut (since no Customer service hired since pandemic)
