    A great learning experience with opportunities for growth and a supportive team.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the supportive team environment, strong focus on employee wellbeing, and the opportunity to learn and grow in my role. The company provides good exposure to projects, and I was able to develop both my technical and professional skills.
    The challengesWorkload and timelines can sometimes be demanding, and clearer processes or better resource planning could help improve efficiency. Communication across teams can also be strengthened.

    The good thingsthe only good thing, permanent wfh setup.
    The challengesmicromanagement, team members duty is to check your whereabouts, always pointing fingers, no job maturity, no sincerity, tech stack just being release not realizing the effect internally, promoting hate between teams, no sense of alignment from the manager, manager is definitely not manager material

    Good Company but some tenured employee has 2 faces
    The good thingsSophos can gave you so much learnings specifically to your skills, My Database skills got develop like using Tableau, Salesforce and MS Excel. If you want development choose this company.
    The challengesUnfortunately some tenured employees here has 2 faces and sadly one of managers or tenured employee who interviewed always dont know the work you ask which can helped you finished the project if ever. And moreover if there is a issue or concern, you should not be so confident in sharing your predicament to your co employees in Sophos because in the end of the day they will used it to your advantage which the right term will be "Laglagan"

    Challenging but rewarding work
    The good thingsLots of computer security-related technology to learn. There is a training department and materials to get you up to speed. Chance to get promoted if you put in the effort. Supportive management. Good benefits for tenured employees.
    The challengesHuge workload (due to lack of manpower at the time). Some demanding customers (I don't think you can avoid this in any company). You need to have good time management so you don't get behind. If you are in it for the long haul, worth it.
