    Very good company but
    The good thingsWork Life Balance as in. Cool Managers. Very nice office. Good pay and benefits. With sleeping quarters and unli coffee. With TV on pantry.
    The challengesNone. But it was outsourced to India so it was shutdown.

    No work-life balance, old school way of thinking

    The challengesdifficult to adjust because too many requirements, too many reports, too many meetings (lasts for more than 1 hour) but miscommunication still happens a lot, long time employees are lazy and want the new ones to do their job, processes are not flexible but requirements are always rush, old school way of thinking. employees from region are inconsiderate of the time and workload of people in the philippines

    The good thingsExposure to sales and marketing as well as having the chance to work under a President who is very hands-on on the operations.
    The challengesEmploying employees directly would be a good start. Giving importance to the Support Team as well, and not just on the Sales and Marketing teams.
