    A fruitful experience where you harvest based on what you planted.
    The good thingsIt's a unique company where the owner would hear out individual opinions, one is given their own way how to grow providing it is aligned with company policies and procedure.
    The challengesThere is a lot of room for learning, if all employees will be open minded with the changes then it will be a win win solutions for all.

    The good thingsProduction workers are friendly. I also had the opportunity to learn almost all of the facets.
    The challengesCo-workers at that time are terrible, two-faces. You can't trust. Also the managements are taking you personally, not professionally.

    The challengesI don’t see any growth here. The environment is very toxic. The management only listens to one side of the story. Very unfair.
