    Very tradional and management don't see employee as valuable asset
    The good thingsDuring my time it was a really good learning ground for less experienced employee and the master Baker is really knowledgeable with technical stuff.
    The challengesVery tradional approach in handling business considering that we are competing in global market. Low salary, commissions and incentives are usually delayed for almost 3 or more months. Lacks positive reinforcements such as promotion and salary increase. (no career growth) Very fast employee turnovers. Allowance for employee with outbased work especially far off places is very insignificant compared to actual budget need.

    Amazing Experience @ Sonlie
    The good thingsMy employers were definite kind and professional..I love the working condition in the office the place very comfortable to work with. And in my experience, i am grateful for the experience I had at Sonlie.
    The challengesMy only struggle in working there is the system of the Company. I don't really understand their system and want to suggest that they might need to consult with some expert in organizing a Company. Until now they do things manually that's why we had so many back log with regards to work.
