    The challengesSince pandemic series of org restructuring was happened resulting to different path, objectives and target of management. Consequences are series of employees reduction, transfer of department function to other location, moral of employees down to zero. Most employee foresee that the PH location will not be operational in few years. :( Some production lines starting to transfer to other plant location. Its a retirable company however the best is turning opposite now :(

    The challengesAll things can be improved. The company is still young so experiences way ahead. We are open for challenges. Sonion employees are competent enough because we all have experiences in manufacturing industry. Open for fresh employees and we are responsible for their growth.
