    Old passion way of working no improvement in the career.
    The good thingsYes, they have high salary
    The challengesIt is a very Toxic Environment, our warehouse heads have no say in the main office, and even the main sales staff think that they own the company, the senior management has no plan for improvement, and no safety precautions, when you work here expect of no improvement in your career

    The good thingsThe pay was good...free boarding house to mgmt. who have far residences.
    The challengesyou cannot give your best if they know better.. better suggestions are shot down.

    i can not forget my experiences in working in this company
    The good thingsemployer is good its been great to have working experience in there I always admire the attitudes of my workmates in there.
    The challengesthe challenge is when I was the only one handling the project, my position was just a site engineer, but then my works like just a managerial position I was able to complete the 30000 sq.m area warehouse project
