Poor Leadership and Zero Support – A Cautionary ExperienceMy time at this company was defined by one consistent issue: incompetent and indifferent management. Department heads lack both empathy and the basic skills to lead teams effectively.
There is no structured training. New hires are thrown into roles without guidance, and when mistakes happen, blame is placed solely on the employee. There’s no accountability from leadership — only criticism without context or support.
Managers show no concern for employee well-being. Feedback is ignored, workloads are unreasonable, and mental health is never considered. The culture is cold, transactional, and deeply unmotivating.
To the department heads: You are failing your teams. Leadership requires presence, support, and communication — none of which you provide. You’ve created an environment of burnout and high turnover through neglect and poor management.
To future applicants: Think twice if you value training, respect, or leadership that actually leads. You won’t find it here.
