    Worth it
    The good thingsLearned actual troubleshooting skill, quality tests on solar charge controllers, valve regulated lead acid batteries, solar PV panels and inverters. Performs site visit on O&M sites particularly Gaisano Capital Malls (to be specfic in Tisa, SRP Talisay and Savers Mart in Lapu-Lapu City). Performs factory resets in Data Loggers (especially Schneider COMX 510) and cluster controllers.
    The challengesPatience needs to be expanded, spends more time in learning a specific device for it to properly troubleshoot when it has errors in generated data.Fighting spirit and confidence in yourself is a must in order for you to succeed.

    The good thingsHaving a good relationship with my previous co-employees. The fact, we spent more time and bondings just to know more each others real attitude. Aside from that, i enjoy with my work coz i learned a lot from it and so from my direct boss-maam thess.
    The challengesWorking with two bossing which both of thier instructions are priority.

    Interview Process
    The good thingsI enjoyed giving sort of lecture on supply chain to the interviewers. No other good hings experienced from the interview process as the HR Manager herself, who invited me for interview, was there in the office, but never even took the time to meet me or even say \"hi\" or \"hello\". The co pany could be in the fast growing phase but the people seemed to be pressured on the situation.
    The challengesThou it is understood that the company is young, they claim that to be growing very fast. But they seem to forget how to provide proper or conducive office facilities not even a decent review area. I tried sendin an email to the HR Manager to tell her my i terview experience and how dissappointed I was , including the fact that they never gave any feedback after more than a month.
