The best.The good thingsI entered the company knowing nothing but I ended up learning a lot of things. The workers are very approachable and is fun to work with. Everyone is eager to finish the task that have been given to them. The office is well managed and clean. If there's one thing I want to point out, it's how the employees manage their documents. Due to large amount of transactions, there are a lot of documents spread everywhere in the office. I hope that in the future, there would be someone to file all the documents so that it will not be a hindrance to others. But overall, solar resources is the best. From the Supervisors down to the security guards and maintenance. Everyone is friendly.
The challengesOne of the challenges I faced while working here is getting along with other employees. Maybe it's just my own problem since I'm kinda introvert but it's manageable, they'll try to reach out to you. All the task that will be given to you is easy to understand.
