    Electrical Engineering Manager
    Mar 2025
Makati City Metro Manila7 to 8 years in the role, current employee
I fully apply my engineering knowledge , lead projects, and work in a respectful environment with a competitive salary, but the 48-hour workweek and unstructured engineering execution process require extra caution and a strong grasp of the codes and sound engineering practices.
The good thingsI get to fully apply my engineering knowledge, leading projects and mentoring engineers while ensuring safe and efficient designs. The salary is competitive, and the work environment is great—almost everyone is respectful and professional, making collaboration fulfilling.
The challenges The 48-hour workweek is longer than the typical 40 hours for most office employees. Additionally, the company has an unstructured Engineering Execution process, requiring me to be extra cautious and rely heavily on my understanding of electrical codes and sound engineering practices.

Makati City Metro ManilaLess than 1 year in the role, former employee
Overall, I had a good experience and I could say that I learned a lot about land acquisition as part of the Land Legal. It was a well-rounded job experience.
The good thingsEntry level salary for lawyers is relatively high compared to other companies.
The challengesThe company is very fast paced so it's sometimes challenging to keep up as you have to meet multiple deadlines all at the same time.
