A good start and introduction into software industry, but after a while feels lacking and stagnant.
The good thingsThe work was hectic which made me go beyond my limits and improved myself. They were not strict at leaves, and wfh. Very flexible.
The challengesGrueling overtimes, you are either super free or super busy. Lacking in task transition mostly by concept and/or word of mouth and always lacking in documentation and design.

Brilliant co-workers and a lot of opportunity to learn
The good thingsGreat working environment together with helpful and friendly co-workers. Flexible time and a lot of leaves provided. Open door policy which makes it easier to escalate problems. Supervisors and boss are friendly and does not make you uncomfortable when speaking.
The challengesOne of the challenges is the project development process.

    SVI
The good thingsThere are only two things I love about SVI: 1) Working hours is very flexible. And they rarely deduct tardiness from your salary. 2) They credit your salary a day or two earlier than 15th/30th of the month. It is up for you to find out what things are bad about SVI.
    The challengesSome bosses are bad-tempered..

The good thingsPeople are friendly here. And you would always have time to grow since they give you research tasks. Which will enhance your skillset and researching skills. You would get to meet clients also which is a good thing beyond the technical aspect of the job.
The challengesObviously, the salary and benefits could be a little bit better to better propel employees into working hard. Management seems to be a little issue as they are very demanding and stresses people too much which is inappropriate for people with low self esteem.

    Time Pressured Yet Great Experience
The good thingsGood working environment, Friendly workmates and a great learning place. The company provides great working environment due to its wide working place. A lot of current employees shows support and are ready to help anyone. The company also provides resources for additional skills and knowledge.
The challengesThey often give time pressured task to employees with minimal testing time and of course not so high pay compared to other in the same industry. This is a great way to start and learn more about time and money management.
