Ideal for fresh graduates, but only offers government-mandated benefits. That's it.The good things- Applicant gets hired quickly, recruiters will process the rest.
- Ideal for beginners and fresh graduates who only needs a work experience.
- Can ask for higher salary or increase (depending on experience).
The challenges- Unusual salary cut-offs, causing difficulties in updating our bills.
- HR/project coordinators are not that responsive in queries (but kudos to my recruiter for responding to my queries quickly).
- Only offers government-mandated benefits (e.g. 5 statutory leaves, no bereavement, no bonuses etc.).
- No HMO card, only the control number was provided. This will be difficult since most of the hospitals are requiring the patients to have their health card with them.
-The daily-time record logging is still manual (via paper/spreadsheet), despite being an IT consultant firm.
