Friendly and accommodating HR employees with a quick application process.”
The good thingsFriendly and accommodating HR employees with a quick application process.
The challengesOne challenge I experienced was the lack of salary increase despite my contributions and tenure, which made it difficult to feel fully rewarded for my work.

You will be the company's cashcow
The good thingsIf you're lucky enough, you will be sent to a company with good and helpful team mates.
The challengesSalary is delayed most of the time. The salary is barely enough to make a living in the city. Management does not really care about your concerns as long as you are making money for them. If you're looking to start your IT career, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Ideal for fresh graduates, but only offers government-mandated benefits. That's it.
The good things- Applicant gets hired quickly, recruiters will process the rest. - Ideal for beginners and fresh graduates who only needs a work experience. - Can ask for higher salary or increase (depending on experience).
The challenges- Unusual salary cut-offs, causing difficulties in updating our bills. - HR/project coordinators are not that responsive in queries (but kudos to my recruiter for responding to my queries quickly). - Only offers government-mandated benefits (e.g. 5 statutory leaves, no bereavement, no bonuses etc.). - No HMO card, only the control number was provided. This will be difficult since most of the hospitals are requiring the patients to have their health card with them. -The daily-time record logging is still manual (via paper/spreadsheet), despite being an IT consultant firm.

was a good stay at their client
The good thingsthey gave me a good offer, and also took care of us from time to time they were checking our status. they also released our backpay with no issues.
The challengesit's just the head office in Makati is very old and smelly. but don't worry you won't be assigned there, you will be deployed to their client.

    Not good for starters
The good thingsYou can develop your career here for skilled employee.
The challengesLow salary. They do not listen to their employee. For the trainee, it's a trap. Don't go here, you're just going to waste time here.

    Great client management
The good thingsAside from the account/client agents being very attentive, they are also very responsible. When you need to look for a job that fits your needs and experience they will provide a lot of choices for you and won't stop unless you ask them to. They will treat you as a family and are very polite, any problems that may arise can be easily approached to your supervisor/account manager. They will also explain all the details of your job description/ ethics so less confusion on your side.
The challengesBenefits and health care, thought their program has greatly improved over the past year, my current concern is that they don't provide complete benefits unlike being directly hired for some companies. Though they provide the regular benefits of 13th month pay and the regular monthly deductions for contributions. They lack additional benefits which could greatly motivate and improve their standing.

good salary range but late payroll crediting
The good thingsgood salary range good DTR & timesheet approval process flexible and not strict payroll is always credited on or before the payroll date
The challengesThey should improve in their DTR system. They should send someone to collect the DTR and timesheet at the client site. Payroll should be credited in the morning, not in the afternoon. My payroll account took 2 months to process There should be someone to talk to regarding other career opportunities

    Bottom Worst BPO Company
The good thingsWhat's written on the signed contract is executed except for the exact time of salary.
The challengesSLI has little to no support to its employees once they hired them. It's like the only reason why you stay with them is because of the salary but not because of how they treat their employees. Salaries are sometimes delayed.

    Fair Enough Employment
The good thingsWhat good thing about them is that they really give you a fair agreement. Though of course the benefits were short, but at least during my stay as a contractual employee for them, I got exactly what I wanted to have in the first place. That is also the same reason why accepted their terms.
The challengesNothing really. Everything has been completely being taken care of.

The good thingsGood Training for fresh graduates which can make them competitive on the IT Corporate world, a good start for inexperienced fresh graduates, was exposed with challenges upon being deployed on their client,
The challengesi was trained to be a cobol programmer but was deployed on an open system team because of that i did not really use anything i learned from training, but it opened an opportunity for me to be absorbed by their client and now i have an stable job as a regular employee on one of the biggest banks here in the philippines
